Menno Vos is professor of Lifelong Learning at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. Previously, he held positions such as associate lector of Social Innovation and HRM lecturer at Windesheim, senior researcher at the Institute for Integration and Social Resilience, and researcher at the University of Groningen.

What does this require from all employees in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitude? How can an organization create a learning culture where learning becomes more natural? How can learning-work arrangements be developed where the workforce, education, and other relevant stakeholders collaborate more effectively?

Menno Vos studied Social and Organizational Psychology at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and completed his PhD there in 2008, focusing on workplace diversity.
