Minor Value Creators
With the Value Creators minor, you’ll learn how to tackle complex issues in fresh, meaningful ways — and create societal value that supports the Sustainable Development Goals.
Our world is facing urgent challenges. From climate change and conflict to political instability and growing inequality. At the same time, society is changing fast, driven by new technologies, social movements, and evolving economic models. Even locally, complexity is rising: urbanisation, ageing populations, job market shifts, rising healthcare costs, and environmental instability all affect daily life, including how we grow and access food.
But we believe positive change is possible. From individuals to communities and entire societies, transformation can happen. And it starts with you, because you have the power to lead the way toward a more just and sustainable world!
What's Value Creators like?
This full-time programme (30 ECTS credits) is part of the bachelor's degree Global Project and Change Management of Windesheim Honours College (WHC). During this semester, you act as an independent change agent consultant. You will learn how to work transdisciplinary, addressing issues which affect not only one organization, but integrating the needs and expectations of multiple actors, actants, and networks.
